Kernel Holding SA engage in the production and sale of bottled sunflower oil, meal and grains. It operates through the following segments: Bottled Sunflower Oil, Sunflower Oil in Bulk, Grain, Export Terminals, Silo Services, Sugar and Farming. The Bottled Sunflower Oil segment includes the production, refining, bottling, marketing and distribution of bottled sunflower oil. The Sunflower Oil in Bulk segment produces and markets crude and refined sunflower oil in bulk and meal. The Grain segment engages in sourcing and merchandising of wholesale grain. The Export Terminals segment involves grain handling and transshipment services in the ports of Ilyichevsk and Nikolayev. The Silo Services segment includes the provision of grain cleaning, drying and storage services. The Sugar segment produces, markets and distributes sugar. The Farming segment involves agricultural farming and the production of wheat, barley, corn, soya bean, sunflower seed and sugar beet. The company was founded by Andrey Verevskiy in 1995 and is headquartered in Kiev, Ukraine.
