Trying out RubberBand Algo with WMTThis week I am going bullish on Walmart. I usually don’t trade stocks this expensive but my algo picked it up. Current price trading below lower bollinger and EMA. This is my first trial blindly trusting my algo which is simply coded to mirror Matthew Kratter´s rubberband strategy. However, I decided to also toss in the EMA to shorten my holding period to a maximum of 3 or 5 days. Current price is 117.74 Entering my position at 118.72 Exit target is 125 Only bought 20 shares, unfortunately my portfolio size isn’t as big as I want, but if I manage to make this algo work you can come back when I am 30 years old and ask me how my portfolio is performing haha Here are a few questions for the experienced traders out there; 1) What’s your weekly return on average? I am trying to work on a bot that can give me a 1% weekly return and I would like to know if this is a realistic goal 2) If you’re trading in Canada, what broker to you use? I am using Questrade, which charges me a flat fee of 5 CAD per trade but I am wondering if there’s anything cheaper (or better per say) Please leave a comment or any thoughts that might be useful. The reason why I like TradingView so much is because it has allowed me to connect with actual experienced traders and knowledge is power after all. Longby normaescobarcaUpdated 227

Walmart | Profit Opportunity | 30 RSI | 200EMAWalmart has reached a great support level at $117, and it might bounce for a small profit in the short run. 1. First confirmation and the strongest of possible bounce is the 200-EMA at $117. Long term investors and big money relay on this moving average since its more reliable than others. 2. We have reached an RSI of 30 in the daily and in the 4h Hour - at the exact level where the 200 EMA is, this means that the stock is oversold and its underprice. 3. We have built more than eight different support levels at this price since September of 20 Please Trade safe, and do your own DD. Longby Winallday3105

Walmart - The end of the super cycle?Approximately 892,000% in 48 years. Or 18 583% per year. Or 1548% per month. Or 67% per day. And yes it is not Bitcoin. This is a super Walmart Corporation. COINBASE: BTCUSD NYSE: WMT The 3rd wave lasted 24 years and brought a huge return to its investors. Let's get to the point, what is happening now and where are we? In our opinion, the 5th wave began to develop since the last financial crisis. In the current formation, we observe an expanding wedge, in which we have probably already passed all stages of the waves. The zone of interest is in the region 42-55 in the case of the first correctional wave A. The large divergence on the monthly chart confirms the probable beginning of the correction. Gradual decline in volumes from 2008 - 2009. And of course, what can the company's shares grow on now? Right on buybacks. Look at the growing debt. Total Given the current supercycle, the correction may not start tomorrow. This may take several years, keep this in mind.Shortby Holderlab4

Oversold & Undervalued - Robust Earnings ReportI've been watching Walmart since they issued a robust earnings report weeks ago. The stock "DID NOT" rally on the report like several other stocks did. In fact, Walmart has not taken part in the recent rally. If you look at the accumulation chart, Walmart has been under accumulation by institutions for a while. I feel, at current levels, the stock is oversold and ready for a big pop to the upside. Walmart's in-store and online sales were robust while Amazon lost sales. What does this tell you? Walmart is learning and gaining customers as Amazon and others lose sales to Walmart. Walmart sat back and let others fail and learned by the failures of competitors. Walmart will be another Amazon moving forward but I think it will be bigger than Amazon! What does Walmart have that Amazon doesn't? A very powerful retail brick & mortar presence while Amazon is still trying to build one. Either way, short term or long term, Walmart is a clear winner! Long! WMT Full Video Analysishey everyone im bringing this video to alert you of a potential trade that you can profit from longterm. Walmart is finding heavy resistance at the current level. we have an ending 5th wave ending diagonal forming on what looks to be a wave 3 of the bigger set of 5 elliot waves. this type of behavior if very bearish. An ending 5th wave diagonal is typically found in the last push up to complete 5 waves. we have multiple weekly rejection candles as well. The weekly MACD is about to cross to the downside as well. The RSI is not oversold on any of the bigger time frames so this leads me to believe we will get a correction with continued upside later on. enjoy the video if you have any questions or comments please feel free to post them below or PM me. i am taking chart requests free of charge. i will do a full video analysis for you no strings attached take care guys and gals happy trading RigoShort15:12by rigorocks2

High risk selling opportunitiesUsing trend lines to determine bullish or bearish stance on the charts seems like pre-schools stuff, it is a no brainer as some traders might say. Break out of bullish trend = sell, break out of bearish trend = buy. In a way, they are right but it is more than that. Take Walmart as an example. It is enjoying a nice bullish run since the 1990s, whether you view it on monthly, weekly or daily chart. Thus, any traders who attempt to short ,say on the 4H chart where the blue rectangle is IS taking a huge risks. Yes, smaller time frame may gives you the opportunity but because the bullish moves on bigger time frame is so strong, it dictates the moves of the smaller timeframe as well. Of course, if you look at other stock charts, it may not be the case as each stock behaves differently. My point is employing a counter-trend strategy , ie shorting in a bullish direction is high risk, requires you to be nimble and highly alert to the price action to enjoy the profits. I have shown you several examples ( here and here ) where you can short easily and make good profits. Longby dchua19695
