I like this setting up for a breakdown...the next close below 15.83 will probably send this down to 12
CPNG - inverse H&SThe techs are lining up quite nicely for CPNG so far with all 3 moving averages (20,50 and 200) about to cross up in the right order. A break up above the neckline @ 21.35 (esp with solid volume) will be a good buy point. However, it is probably prudent to test with small amount first and add if it pulls back to retest near the neckline (or pyramiding up is ok if overall momentum is strong). I will put initial stop loss just slightly below $19 and trail stops up if trade is working out. Take partial profits if it is able to reach around 26.5 (resistance there). Let's see if it works out!

All of the positive indicators are combining for this underestimated stock:
1. The stock price candle of Feb 28 breaks out of the downtrending channel by more than 3% for the first time since Jul 2021.
2. Moving average of 7 days is just about to cross above the MA of 20 days

4. Clear Cup and Handle chart pattern is formed indicating a technical price target of $30
5. MACD cross up to the positive side above zero line.

Coupang. Wedge breakout scenarios1. Test downtrend at $24. Certainly will be rejected.
2. After that get $21 tested as a support level.
3. Most probably we will get to $12.5
4. Trading strategy:
a) Wait for a breakout from this falling wedge. Most probably after we get to $12.5.
b) Fundamentally assess how Q4 results have been affected by the pricing change in subscription fee and most importantly assess how this affected the quantity of active users.
c) Accumulate $14-$10 and consider this as an investment idea only.
CPNG Downtrend Channel Now we can see how CPNG is being trending bearish since a short to medium term. This stock can not get a break even when the market was bullish. The main reason is back to the stock strict obedience to the downtrending Parallel Channel. The stock NEEDS a strong momentum to break this channel up.
Summary, now the price is touching the middle line of the channel and breaking the descending trend line for the first time. The stock should respect the middle line of the parallel channel(should not break 20.88). Otherwise we will see the 17 easily.
