The Hospitality segment is made up of the direct subsidiary Transnational Hotels Plc and indirect subsidiaries, Transcorp Hotels Calabar Limited, Transcorp Hotels Ikoyi Limited and Transcorp Hotels Port Harcourt Limited. The Oil & Gas segment is comprised of Transcorp Energy Limited and Transcorp OPL 281 Limited, which are into the exploration, refining and marketing of petroleum products. The Agro-Allied segment relates to the subsidiary Terago Commodities Limited, which engages in the manufacture and processing of fruit concentrates from fruits from which the group derives revenue. The Power segment is the Transcorp Power Limited of the company, which engages in the generation of electric power.
