I don't understand the bid price of Siemens(113$).They bid 10.6 b divided bij 59.890.000 stocks should be 175$ Where is the difference?(175-113).What do i not understand?

with the resistance, do you buy on a breakout of the current base, or do you wait for price to reach all time highs before entry?
