Trading at a blatant valuation discount- LONG V2This is a supplement to my previous analysis however we now include a performance comparison to JDs peers.
One of the trends taking place in my portfolio is an increased weighting in China's technology sector.
Amid the trade-driven pessimism over China, clamp down on digital assets and increased control over online content China's economy is trading at a blatant valuation discount to the U.S.
Within the last few months the BAT stocks Baidu 0.90% BIDU 0.90% , Alibaba BABA and Tencent TCEHY -1.17% have been among the biggest losers.
The recent arrest of JD 0.91% CEO 3.11% Richard Liu has caused JD 0.91% stocks to tumble further relative to its e-commerce peers and is now almost 50% off its 52-week high. I view this as a risk-reward profile that is heavily tilted in favor of the bull.

China bearish: Buy the trade war tech dip BIDU NTES IQ TCEHY On Friday the 3rd August 2018 Chinese stocks ceded their ranking as the second-largest equity market in the world amid an elevation in trade tensions after the Trump administration said it was considering increasing the initial proposed tariff.
Buying the dip: Considering Chinese markets are at almost a one year low and under a temporary trade war, a knee jerk reaction will eventually take place causing an influx of capital across the market. I cant predict when this would happen or whether stocks have reached their bottom but I consider this another buy opportunity.
China A50 ShortThe rally on Monday saw this Asian market reach the daily resistance @ 12000. I am seeing the Index pull back to previous support at 11600 then bounce back to current resistance @12000. As to whether price will break this resistance we will see with price action but its highly probable

there is the common factor of the US dollar index both in terms of CHINA 50 given in terms of USD as well as in the base currency of BTC, the US Dollar.

CHINA A50 - long - technicals and on news - the Chinees markets took a step back cause of trumps extra tarrifs on chinees products. in the coming week the chinees president is going to meet up with Kim Jung Un that should be good news!! also the RSI on the 4 hour charts is real low and is starting a rebound.

China A50: Ending Diagonal To Start B Wave Of Bigger CorrectionThis is a classical setup, when the A wave is forming an ending diagonal to start the B wave. If we look at the current structure on the lower time frame it's forming a correction we could potential break out to the upside although i think it will touch the trend line then reverse to complete the ending diagonal, we can trade current correction up then the move down and then wait for an impulse & correction for the B wave move!

Trade range within the existing triangle
Keep an eye on the trade volumes (support gets lower around 12,050); would not expect an immediate break of the support, but the probability is increasing
SL/TP won´t be shared for this trade (but should be obvious)
Trade will be triggered after confirmation of the import tariffs

China A50 Long: Breakout of ending diagonals and triangleMy friend recently mentioned that China A50 is a strong buy and that prompted me to look into the chart. Indeed, China A50 is really a strong buy - and we are now still at the beginning stage of a new wave up. Note that China breakout is also confirmed by major equities markets breakout like S&P and Nikkei.
Why China A50 so weakIn 1min chart, it has an obvious descending channel.
