The S&P 500 just hit me with a 'deja vous' - gains to follow?Once every so often I look at a chart and instantly get struck by a familiar pattern, which is exactly what happened today with the S&P 500 futures chart. And with asset managers firmly backing the ES1! futures market, I'm not on guard for a bounce form support. Just as long as Nvidia earnings allow.

NASDAQ: Touched the 4H MA200 and MACD Bullish Cross forming.Nasdaq turned neutral again on its 1D technical outlook (RSI = 49.926, MACD = 156.450, ADX = 29.632) as the price pulled back aggressively to the point that it reached the 4H MA200 again for the first time since the elections day. With the exception of Oct 31st, this level hasn't been touched since September 11th, as the trend is rising inside a Channel Up. The 4H MACD will form tomorrow a Bullish Cross, which has been an early buy signal on the previous bottoms. We expect a new bullish wave to begin. We aim again for a +6.80% rise (TP = 21,600) like the two bullish waves of the pattern.

S&P 500 Daily Chart Analysis For Week of Nov 15, 2024Technical Analysis and Outlook:
During the current trading session, the S&P 500 index has demonstrated considerable weakness by reaching the significant Outer Index Rally target 6000, as indicated in the S&P 500 Daily Chart Analysis dated November 8. This decline has initiated a substantial pullback, as the index has fulfilled a key target of 6000. As a result, it has significantly decreased to the newly established Mean Support level of 5856, which suggests a potential continuation of the pullback toward the Mean Support levels of 5765 and 5700. However, it is essential to acknowledge that attaining these Mean Support levels may create the conditions for an upward price rebound before entering the subsequent phase of the bullish trend.
What are your thoughts on what's to come for SPX500?I think we're in for a sell to the previous structure high. Obviously a "Counter trend entry" to ride until we return bullish. Just my Thoughts.....What's your opinion?
Thesis: Bearish Bias break and retest (however either play is at hand). Wait for a break and retest
Notes: Every Bull run has had a correction to the previous structure high. Following that trend.
A Retest would be a 50% prz. for the recent move
and right around 23.6% prz for the entire move.
Daily: Bullish, Trading in a minor consolidation for the past few days.
-Reversal pattern with Doji (Loss of momentum) & Bearish Hammer.
-Con: Seller Exhaustion wicks under support
H4: Bullish ( **Hidden Bearish Divergence @ Minor resistance lvl) look for possible sell off
H1: Bullish

S&P500: No signs of correcting as long as the 1D MA50 supports.S&P500 is on excellent bullish technicals on the 1D timeframe (RSI = 63.046, MACD = 60.810, ADX = 33.473) as it is capitalizing on the 1D MA50 bounce on the day of the U.S. elections. The long term Channel Up is still in full effect since September 2023 and even though we are close to its top, the uptrend can be extended for as long as the 1D MA50 supports. We have so far 3 corrections inside this Channel Up. The two prior to the current one, rebounded to or very close to the 2.618 Fibonacci extension. Based on that, we are targeting long term this level (TP = 6,400) for as long as the 1D MA50 holds.

S&P500 Is Approaching Key Support Level.Hey Traders, In today’s trading session, we’re keeping a close watch on the US500 for a potential buying opportunity around the 5800 zone. The index is currently trading in an uptrend, but we’re seeing it enter a corrective phase. This correction is bringing it back toward the 5800 support and resistance area, a critical zone that aligns with the broader upward trend.
The 5800 level could serve as a strong entry point, offering an opportunity to join the prevailing uptrend at a favorable price. If price action confirms support at this level, it may signal a potential rally continuation in line with the broader market momentum.
As always, ensure you manage risk and stay cautious in your entries.
Trade safe,
Joe
AEX working out a Daily Higher Low, continuation of the uptrend? The AEX and other European indices have lagged behind their American counterparts in recent weeks. Is this a lasting trend, or will the European indices also resume their upward path?
The price movement of the AEX shows a corrective move on the Daily chart from the All-Time High reached last summer. So far, it appears to be a corrective move in the form of an ABC pattern, and as long as the price doesn’t close below the Daily Demand Zone, this scenario remains valid. The most likely outcome is still an upward movement, whether strong or weak.
The Daily downtrend from the red B point displays a series of lower lows (LL) and lower highs (LH), indicating that we are still in a downtrend:
When this pattern is broken, we’ll have confirmation that this downward movement is part of a corrective move rather than a larger downtrend.
On the Hourly chart, we can assess this movement more closely:
Since a downtrend doesn’t break previous highs (continuing to make LHs and LLs), the probability increases that a downward movement is completed when a previous high (LH) is breached. I’ve marked this area as the Hourly Supply Zone. A close above this level would indicate that the downward move is likely complete, suggesting that the corrective downward movement has also concluded.
The most probable scenario, therefore, is that the current downward movement is nothing more than a corrective pullback within the larger uptrend, which should lead to another upward movement once the correction is complete.
This scenario remains valid as long as the price doesn’t close below the Daily Demand Zone.
NASDAQ: Channel Up intact. Targeting 22,000.Nasdaq is on excellent bullish technical levels on the 1D timeframe (RSI = 65.968, MACD = 283.550, ADX = 47.440) as it is rising on the new bullih wave of the August Channel Up. The bullish wave confirmed the strong buying pressure as the 1D MA50 held and kickstarted it after a Bullish Cross on the 1D MACD. Based on the previous bullish wave in September, we are currently in the middle of a +10.90% wave. We are targeting its full length (TP = 22,000).
