Finding your optimal performance 🏃♂️Most traders spend a good bit of time looking at charts.
Well here is a chart we traders should all take a look at.
The chart shown is the Yerkes-Dodson Law.
The Yerkes-Dodson law is a proposition that people perform best at intermediate levels of arousal, and that performance is lower at high or low levels of arousal.
The theory behind this is visually represented by the graphic in this idea.
No arousal levels or a bored/laidback approach to life will mean no stress but no real performance in what you are trying to achieve or do.
However when arousal and stress gets too high by pushing to hard, performance starts to decrease.
It's about finding the right balance to achieve an optimal performance.
A certain level of stress about what you are trying to achieve motivates you to study, learn or train in order to do your best.
A sportsperson has to get bumped up before an event as well as train hard, But getting to worked up and training to hard could cause a decrease in performance when it comes to the event.
Pushing not hard enough to pass an exam will lead to a fail as you haven't studied or don't care, But also pushing to hard could lead to a fail as you've let stress and anxiety take over forgetting everything you studied.
Moderate levels of arousal is best for overall performance.
This theory can be applied to your trading.
Take a non interested approach or bored approach and you performance in this area will be affected. Less potential profits etc.
Get to focused on your trading or trade to hard could lead to poor performance along with a load of stress in your life.
You as an individual will have to self reflect and determine where you fit on the curve in the idea graphic.
If you fell more success, achievement and happiness can be had, by all means crack on and go for it!
However, if you are getting to a point where you feel you might have reached your limit, it could well be time to dial it back a bit.
Don’t push to hard for it that you go down the opposite side of the curve.
This theory can be applied to every aspect in your life by using it to balance all aspects of your life will also help your trading as well as work, relationships and everything else we all go through day to day.
Thanks for taking time to read this.

TRENDLINE TRADING | Advanced trading lesson Hello traders 👋
Today im sharing my trading strategy with trendlines. It's my first education post, so maybe a lot of mistakes. Please don't take it the wrong way, thank you.
Let's talk about lesson
What are Trend lines?
Trend lines are diagonal lines that are drawn on charts in the financial markets trading. Trend lines are used to highlight , visualize , and make price action easier to analyze on different instruments and assets in the financial market.
How to trade And Use Trend Lines + basic supports.
1. Wait for touch ⌛
When drawing a trendline, the first thing price is check the three times or more. If the price is not checked three times or less, can't draw trendline.
2. Draw ✏️
To draw a trend line, you must choose a time frame. I'm use always bigger than 1 hour timeframe . This is because you want to find the price action for a longer period and not just some light movement.
3. The Basics of Support and Resistance + key levels ✔️
When trading with trend lines, the concept is applied in order to maximise the chances of winning trades.
4. Looking for entry + risk management 💰
Always wait for confirm example; trend line break + price making lower low + pullback + add indicators
🤲 If you like my strategy, Please like and comments. 🤲
Thank you!

ETH 2.0 Merge Upgrade Detailed and Release DataHello all traders and investors.
according to go approch ETH 2.0 Merge upgrade
Today i decide to explain more about that and tell you more
about wahts going to happen.
I try to explain as simple as possible
Whithout killing time lets go...
What is The Merge?
The Merge represents the joining of the existing execution layer of Ethereum (the Mainnet we use today)
with its new proof-of-stake consensus layer, the Beacon Chain.
It eliminates the need for energy-intensive mining and instead secures the network using staked ETH.
A truly exciting step in realizing the Ethereum vision – more scalability, security, and sustainability.
It's important to remember that initially, the Beacon Chain shipped separately from Mainnet.
Ethereum Mainnet - with all it's accounts, balances, smart contracts, and blockchain state - continues to be secured
by proof-of-work, even while the Beacon Chain runs in parallel using proof-of-stake.
The approaching Merge is when these two systems finally come together, and proof-of-work is replaced permanently by proof-of-stake.
Merging with Mainnet
Since genesis, proof-of-work has secured Mainnet.
This is the Ethereum blockchain we're all used to—it contains every transaction, smart contract, and balance since it began in July 2015.
Throughout Ethereum's history, developers have been hard at work preparing for an eventual transition away from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake.
On December 1, 2020, the Beacon Chain was created, which has since existed as a separate blockchain to Mainnet, running in parallel.
The Beacon Chain has not been processing Mainnet transactions.
Instead, it has been reaching consensus on its own state by agreeing on active validators and their account balances.
After extensive testing, the Beacon Chain's time to reach consensus on more is rapidly approaching.
After The Merge, the Beacon Chain will be the consensus engine for all network data, including execution layer transactions and account balances.
The Merge represents the official switch to using the Beacon Chain as the engine of block production.
Mining will no longer be the means of producing valid blocks.
Instead, the proof-of-stake validators assume this role and will be responsible for processing the validity of all transactions and proposing blocks.
No history is lost. As Mainnet gets merged with the Beacon Chain, it will also merge the entire transactional history of Ethereum.
You don't need to do anything. Your funds are safe.
What do I need to do to get ready?
You do not need to do anything to protect your funds entering The Merge.
As a user or holder of ETH or any other digital asset on Ethereum, as well as non-node-operating stakers,
you do not need to do anything with your funds or wallet before The Merge.
Despite swapping out proof-of-work, the entire history of Ethereum since genesis remains intact and unaltered after the transition to proof-of-stake.
Any funds held in your wallet before The Merge will still be accessible after The Merge. No action is required to upgrade on your part.
Take away from scammers after the Merge:
As we approach The Merge of Ethereum Mainnet, you should be on high alert for scams trying to take advantage of users during this transition.
Do not send your ETH anywhere in an attempt to "upgrade to ETH2."
There is no "ETH2" token, and there is nothing more you need to do for your funds to remain safe.
Ethereum Merge Date
The Ethereum merge date and transition to proof-of-stake is expected to take place on September 19, 2022.
We have some Testnet examination before Merge.
I list them for you below:
- Goerli/Prater client releases 27th or 28th of July.
- Announce 28th/29th.
- Prater Bellatrix on the 8th of August
- Goerli Merge on the 11th.
- ACD 18th August plan mainnet Merge:
- Bellatrix early september;
Merge two weeks later (week of Sept 19th).
and additionally i attached a Technical Analysis for ETH/USDT
After we surpass 1700 Resistance , we reach 1800 now and we pass it too.
now we are on road to strong 2000 resistance and after that 2400.
According too incredible happenings for ETH 2.0 and the U.S. inflation record
a peak i think we will see this levels in coming days.
Additionally we see 3 strong candle patterns on 1800 breaked Resistance
1 - Marobuzu Candle
2 - Morning star pattern
3 - Bullish Engulfing
Like i show on the chart.
These patterns are showing a strong demand in this zone.

5 BIG MISTAKES TRADERS MAKE!Hey traders,
I've had the privilege to have been involved in trading, both retail trading and working within a prop firm for many years. The biggest benefit I get, is to work with so many different traders with so many different strategies, personalities, timeframes, assets, you name it. I've probably worked with a trader that trades it. Now, there's a few things that are extremely common in all traders, regardless of what or how they are trading. It's the same mistakes that keep making traders fail. So today, I'm going to explain what five of these mistakes are and how to avoid them. I will also discuss how to incorporate them to ensure that you don't get hit by the stone wall that many traders do. If you have any extra information to add, please do so in the comments. I look forward to hearing from you all.
TRADING WITHOUT A PLAN
This right here is the biggest one and this is usually for the early beginners or even strategy jumpers. You must have a plan. That is non negotiable if you ever want to see some kind of consistency in training. I can tell you from experience, both personally and with working with traders from firms, that the more in depth that plan is, the better chance of success. The same way you create a business plan before launching a new endeavor. The same way you create a game plan for your team before you go out and verse the opponent. The same way politicians plan out their PR campaigns before running for office. You must have a thorough trading plan.
A plan can consist of a multitude of different things, from understanding what you're willing to lose, understanding overall position size, understanding your trading strategy, minimizing drawdowns, maximizing profits, the assets you are trading, the times you're going to be trading, how much time you actually going to be allocating to trading and setting up goals. A trading plan must be thorough, so you can not only track your progress, but when you start getting unmotivated or confused, you have something to look back on to realign you with where you are and where you want to be.
My final advice with your trading plan is stick to it. You will have bad trading days. You will have bad trading weeks. You will have bad trading months. Stick to your plan.
OVERTRADING
We've all been there. It's the start of a trading session. We've opened two positions. They've both gone on to be fantastic winners. You're unstoppable. Nothing can possibly go wrong from this point. You have mastered the markets. You are the best trader the world has ever seen. So what do you do? You open another seven positions because it's just free money on the table. And what happens? All seven of those positions lose, wiping off your original profit and some. This is so common in beginner traders. It's that aspect of unpredictability that they forget about in the markets.
Trading too much too soon is a serious issue and it needs to be worked on as soon as possible. I understand the excitement of being live in the markets, the excitement of the profits you could earn day today, but the reality of the situation is if your brand new. Trading too much is going to be a serious issue. What sitting back watching and not trading does is not only increases your patience, but also allows you to analyze the markets in a clearer state of mind, making your future decisions a whole level ahead.
Add that into the plan, give yourself a maximum number of positions per day if you are new. Trust me, it's going to help you progress.
FAILING TO CUT LOSSES
I've spoken about this a lot, especially in one of my recent webinars. A lot of traders are taught the whole set an forget method, and I'm not a big fan of it, but in some circumstances I won't lie. Yes, it does work. But a lot of the time, these trade ideas that they're in there actually give massive warning signals prior to hitting the stop loss that they are going to do that. The trader could have cut those losses a lot shorter. Now don't even get me started on traders that don't use a stop loss. What I wanted to do really in this segment is dive into the emotional side of failing to cut a loss.
It's true. I remember experiencing it early on my trading career, that feeling of when a trades going against you, but you did all the analysis, so it shouldn't be going against you. So what do you do? You hold on with hope and temptation that it will turn for the better. The reality of the situation is in very, very rarely does. It's a horrible feeling because some traders are prone to even giving those trades more room, adding to the position, moving there stop loss, removing their stop loss altogether. Everything you shouldn't be doing in the time that your analysis is going against you, most traders lean towards because they done all the research they needed to do and they cannot comprehend bring wrong.
The best way to battle this feeling, if you've ever felt it or still to this day feel that urge, is going back to number one. Trading with a plan. Have a plan. Risk management plans are the greatest things ever. We can plan for the absolute worst so when it does come in and everyone's going manic everywhere, we know exactly what to do, where to be and how to position ourselves. This will help you learn to cut those losses.
NOT UNDERSTANDING LEVERAGE
The world changed times are changing. You can access any type of information or access pretty much any type of market you want at the click of a button by the glorious internet. Same goes with trading is probably how most of you have gotten here, or even just into trading as a whole. The thing is, we reach out to these brokers and we open accounts with small amounts of money and they offer us great deals like 300 hundred or even 500 to 1 leverage.
That means with $1000 account, you can open $500,000 of currency. Now, the reality of the situation is most traders will never use all of that leverage. But as a result is that most trade is also wouldn't have experienced a no money call when opening a position, or perhaps a margin call, or a true understanding of when they put in 0.5 lots of EURUSD, what they are actually doing. Leverage is a great tool. Fantastic tool. When used correctly. Working at the firm, had so many traders reach out. They keep getting an error code. They say, "I can't open this position!? WHY!?!" and it's all because they don't have the margin requirements to actually open that position and it is alarming to see how many traders don't fully understand what leverages and margin is considering they have used it for years.
When you open a position of 0.5 lots on a U.S. dollar currency pair, for example, UUSDJPY. You are opening a position size of $50,000. You have just entered a $50,000 position. That means you are actively managing $50,000 while you are in that position. Let that sink in. Now that's just a position of 0.5 lots. There is traders pit there trading 10-100 lots and it is just baffling to understand the amount of risk there actually taking in accordance to their account size.
Do your research. Understand your position size and when you're doing your trading journal. Instead of doing lot sizes in your trading journal, I recommend you do actual position size, value. That will give you a much better understanding on the risk you undertake when you take positions and also if you can, lower your leverage. You don't need 500:1.
BEING ABLE TO ACCEPT LOSSES
Now this is a fun one and this is what I really wanted to chat about. Being able to accept losses can be one of the most damaging things a beginner trader can ever have, because what happens is they lose the value and respect that the market can take their money. Every market "guru" and every trading course out there tells you to remove emotion from the equation, accept that losses are gonna be a thing, and trade knowing that. Now most people go, "OK, let's do that." and surprisingly, they actually managed to pull it off. Which actually creates a bigger problem. They become reckless. They no longer care if there's a little bit of parameters different from their trading plan. They no longer care if there's key indicators that the trade idea is wrong because, "we're going to have losses. So what? This one might as well be one. If you're not in the market, you're not going to make money." they become reckless.
Do not remove emotion from your trading. Incorporate emotion into your trading and once again this results back to the first tip. Trade. With. A. Plan.
Traders, that is all for me today. These are five things that I've noticed in struggling traders which seemed to be a common recurrence. Thank you for your time. I hope you enjoy the read. As always, have a fantastic trading week.

Shorting AUD/USD on the basis of S&R !! #ShortShorting AUD/USD on the basis of S&R !!
This trade is for Educational Purpose only.
The Goal is to highlight the importance of Support & Resistance zones (S&R) and how can Weak and Strong zones be identified.
Support & Resistance (S&R) can play vital roles when it comes to trading. Most traders use S&R in order to look for precise entries and exits.
The Pair has been Bouncing off from zone Marked in Red which acted as Support earlier. The Support was tested four times.. Soon it was broken with strong Bearish Candle. The more touches/bounces the Support zone had, the weaker it got and as a result it got broken. Often time Support acts as Resistance zones and Vice versa . It is important to note that S&R can act as a strong Confluence but trading just on the basis of it alone can be dangerous. Using other Confluences such as Market Structure, Divergences and Chart Patterns such as Double Top/Bottom are equally important. Since Trading is the game of Probability, it is Essential to have more than One Confluence.
The Trade Plan:
The trade plan is to Short AUD/USD, once it re-tests the broken support zone which is now likely to Act as Resistance.
Note: Take this trade after doing on your own analysis.
Target:
Target is set on the basis of Fibonacci Re-tracement which comes in between 0.618 & 0.5.
Stop Loss:
Stop Loss is simply set on the basis of 1:3 Risk to Reward Ratio.
Time Frame used:
1H
Analysis based on:
- Market Structure
- Support & Resistance.
- Fibonacci Retracement tool .. used for setting Target
Four trader types. Which type are you?New traders are often confused which trading style to pursue. If you too have the same dilemma, this article is for you. It is imperative to pick a trading style that best suits your personality before you start navigating the market. Without a technique, you will get confused and may end up with huge losses. Your adopted style must depend on your financial goal, risk tolerance, time that you can invest daily to follow the market, and several other similar factors. So, you must learn about the different trading techniques to make an informed choice. In this article, we will discuss four trading styles. So, keep reading.
1. Scalping Traders
Scalping is a trading style that is employed to earn from small price changes to make profits that add up.
Scalpers trade frequently and in small successions.
A scalp trader needs to have a strict exit policy because one large loss could eliminate all the small profits he has made in the other deals.
Scalp trading, therefore, needs discipline, decisiveness, and stamina. With these qualities and the right tools, you can become a successful scalp trader.
2 Day Traders
Day traders, as their name implies, work on a day-by-day basis.
At the end of every day, a day trader will close out all of his or her trade positions, opting not to leave anything running overnight.
Day traders are known for high volume trading and focusing on technical patterns rather than relying on data analysis.
Success, for a day trader, means ending the day with no open positions and a profit relative to the beginning of the session.
3. Position Traders
Position traders hold his or her position over longer time periods: weeks, months, or even years.
They are less interested in the short term price fluctuations, instead they pay attention to weekly or monthly price action analysis.
They adhere more strictly to fundamental models, closely watching for announcements such as earnings reports, interest rate, CPI, etc.
They tend to hold fewer trade positions, sometimes only a handful a year.
4. Swing Traders
Somewhere in between day and position traders are swing traders, who make a profit by holding a position anywhere from overnight to several weeks.
As their name implies, these traders buy when the market begins to show a swing upwards and sell when this price swing stops.
Swing traders have a blended approach to fundamentals analysis and patterns; they’ll look at macroeconomic as well as day-to-day trends
Traders of this kind are known to place positions in liquid currency pairs like the pound and the dollar.

How to properly use Pivot Points in your tradingA flaw many traders have is the habit of seeking “certainty” via indicators. It’s not uncommon to see charts with 5-7 indicators overlaid on them. However, the traders that seek certainty through indicators are usually the same traders that don’t “dig deep” into the indicator to understand how it’s built.
Today we will “dig deep” into a very useful indicator that can generate significant reference points. This indicator is useful for pinpointing entry levels, stop loss levels, and profit targets.
Pivot Points: from pit to platform
A little-known fact is that Pivot Points originated differently to other indicators. Contrary to most technical indicators, they originated within trading pits of equity and futures exchanges. This pragmatic origin is perhaps the reason why Pivot Points remain one of the most useful indicators out there.
To properly understand Pivot Points, we need to explore how they are calculated.
Note that Pivot Points can be calculated for any time horizon. Traditionally, pivots were calculated based on daily data. However, within FX this might not be the best way to employ them. But more on this later. For now, let’s start by understanding how daily Pivot Points are calculated.
The Pivot Points formula
P = Central Pivot Point = (Previous Day High + Previous Day Low + Previous Day Close)/3
R1 = Central Pivot * 2 – Previous Day Low
S1 = Central Pivot * 2 – Previous Day High
R2 = Central Pivot – S1 + R1
S2 = Central Pivot – R1 – S1
R3 = Central Pivot – S2 + R2
S3 = Central Pivot – R2 – S2
Pivots can help you sell high and buy low
If there is one principle that most traders know but tend to neglect, it’s “buy low and sell high”. However, the concepts of “high” and “low” are relative and not absolute. With Pivot Points—along with their statistical edge—we can define high and low in a very robust way.
You know that the odds can be in your favour if you are a buyer at S1. If price rallies past the central pivot and reaches R1, you might want to take some risk off the table. This is because R1 is often the high for the day.
The same rationale goes for S2 and R2. If price exceeds S1 and reaches S2, the odds can be tilted in your favour. Buying at S2 with a target at R1 is another solid way to exploit the statistical edge of Pivot Points.
Adapting Pivots to the FX market structure
One key difference in FX that throws some people off-balance is that there isn’t a centralised market open and close. In reality, three main money centres operate during a 24-hour period.
What this means is that there are actually three “market opens and closes”.
The Asia/Pacific session: The majority of turnover in this time zone takes place in Sydney, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Typically, there will be exporters and regional central banks active in this session. However, the liquidity is nowhere near as deep as it is during London or New York. As such, the price action is not usually as interesting as it is during the other sessions.
The London session: This is still the most important session of the day, for geographical reasons above all else. Along with London, other European financial centres are active—Frankfurt, Geneva, and Paris. That’s why large corporate flows activity takes place during this session and contributes to the deep liquidity that London benefits from
The New York session: The Forex market experiences its peak in turnover as London passes the baton onto New York. However, whereas the London session tends to be trendy, New York has much more volatility and chop. Therefore, the best trading strategies to deploy change significantly. After noon in New York, liquidity starts to dry up quickly.
What’s next?
Pivot Points can be a versatile technical tool to help ascertain potential supports and resistances.
If nothing else, Pivot Points allow you to walk into any given session—day, week, or month—ready and prepared to react to the market’s movements. Being prepared already puts you in an advantageous position.
