TOTAL3 Cup and Handle FormingImportant things to note: The basing pattern can been see in a lot of different altcoins depending on their release. There is a strong basing pattern followed by the formation of a handle. I have created the target if the pattern completes. Target is depth of cup added to the top of the cup. 543 + 922 = 1456 This target will represent the boom of altcoins during the rest of the bull cycle. Market cap will likely be higher than this when the dust settles. So, I decided to take a break from ADA today since I have said everything that needs to be said at the moment and we are just waiting. What I wanted you to look at was the market cap of the total3 which includes all altcoins except BTC and ETH. If you have any worries of where the market is going, just take a look at the pattern forming at the moment. We have a strong basing pattern (which has been seen in many altcoins) followed by the handle which is forming now). Personally, I do not expect this pattern to break to the downside. BTC has reversed its bearish trend and is back to bullish. I have created the target you see by adding the depth of the cup to the top of the cup which gives us a target of 1456. This altcoin boom will be represented in the rest of our bull cycle. I think the biggest runs will line up with the approval of the 4 BTC ETFs with deadlines of Nov. 21, Dec. 8, Dec. 11 and Dec. 24. Some people (like PlanB) have suggested the bull run might go a bit longer than originally thought, (at least 6 months). I don't know anyone better at predicting long term trends using stock to flow modelling than PlanB. Anyways, I hope you all sit back and enjoy the fireworks. Smaller altcoins will likely run 10X or more, and larger ones can see a 3-4X run in my opinion. We will see how this goes! Thanks again for the support everyone! BTC - Media AttentionHello traders, I thought to look at the macro charts from a different perspective today and that is how the media attention correlates with the growth of the market cycle. Focusing, on the last market cycle we can see a clear increase in the search term for BTC peaking at 100 around the time of the market top which we can recall. During the bear market there was a decrease in search frequency and also media attention. Upon a trend reversal and beginning this bull market we can see a clear increase in Bitcoin interest. Now, this is why I think we are not yet at the top of this cycle. As explained by the market cycle chart, a growth in media attention will lead to an eventual blow off top. We have seen this trend repeat for all previous cycles. The current value BTC stands with Google trend search is at 32. I expect in Q4 2021 or leading into 2022 we will see this value increase more and more before surpassing 2017 search frequency. When the BTC value surpasses 90 This market cycle it might be worth considering a market top could be close. Another thing to consider and which gives me confidence that this current state of the market is in a bear trap is because this is one whole accumulation stage and there is a lot of evidence that institutional money continues to accumulate BTC in this region. Retail will FOMO later and lead the second leg of this bull run.

HOW-TO: Cosmic Pi Cycle #3This HOW-TO tutorial will show how to use markers and the channel fill to re-enter and exit positions. 🪐 SETTINGS (Indicator 1) Mult: 1.25 Top Markers: ON Bottom Markers: OFF 🪐 SETTINGS (Indicator 2) Mult: 0.9 Top Markers: OFF Bottom Markers: ON 👩‍🏫 COMMON PATTERNS 🗠 A After the appearance of a fake primary top marker the price level at the time of the marker (horizontal bar) is successfully tested from below. This is a bullish signal. 🗠 B Following a large bullish trend after the appearance of a false primary top marker, the appearance of a secondary top marker together with the gradual stabilization of the price is a bearish signal. 🗠 C & D Similar to the testing of the price at "A" but here the price is tested from below. The general strategy is to short when the price drops below the level indicated by the horizontal bar (the price at "C" when the price reverses at the edge of the channel). 🗠 E, F & G Favorable times to enter long positions is when the price drops sharply and touches the borders of the channel from above. Generally if you find appropriate Mult values using the markers you will also enable the channel to display accurate support and resistance levels.

HOW-TO: Cosmic Pi Cycle #2This HOW-TO tutorial will show how to use both markers and the channel to successfully predict price reversals. 🪐 SETTINGS (Indicator 1) Mult: 1.55 Top Markers: ON Bottom Markers: OFF 🪐 SETTINGS (Indicator 2) Mult: 0.85 Top Markers: OFF Bottom Markers: ON 👩‍🏫 COMMON PATTERNS 🗠 A & G As price stabilizes after a volatile trend and is about to re-enter the Pi Cycle channel the secondary markers confirm the anticipated entry. The suggestion is that volatility will resume but there are no hints as to the direction of the next trend aside from the general angle of the price entry into the channel. 🗠 B, C, D, E & H The Pi Cycle channel itself is a great way to predict price reversals. The price approaching or touching the borders of the channel, inside and out, is an indication that a price reversal is likely. 🗠 F A false primary marker reversal signal is easy to spot because here it appears after the bullish price momentum reverses and the price begins to fall. The general rule for using primary markers is that they are effective before a price reversal and no new highs or lows should be made after its occurrence.

The way to set the Mult correctly is to look at the span of the entire chart and through trial and error decide where the markers look the most correct (🗠 A, C & E) . You can also look at the channel fill and set the Mult so that the highs and lows hit around the borders of the fill (🗠 F, G, H & I) . 👩‍🏫 MARKERS Primary (circle) markers make sense either when the price flattens out or when they appear at or near the very extreme of a steep price rise or fall. If a primary marker appears in the middle of a bullish (🗠 B) or bearish (🗠 D) trend you can wait until the possible appearance of a secondary (square) marker (🗠 C & E) to better estimate any major price reversals. Note that since secondary markers are a weaker signal than primary markers, the price reversal signals they may give can be related to smaller trends than those of the primary markers.

🔥 Why I'm Still Bullish: Comparing Different Bitcoin CyclesOnce in a while I like to take a look at the previous Bitcoin cycles and put them next to each other on one chart. In this analysis I measure one cycle from bottom to top, not from halving. You can find my previous cycle comparison here: When looking at the cycle comparison, there are several interesting things that you can deduce from this graph. 1) The cycles are getting less intense. The difference between the top and the low is relatively decreasing, making each cycle less explosive than the previous. 2) The cycles are getting longer. With each new cycle, it takes longer to reach the top of the cycle. "Time is your friend" has never been more fitting. Now that Bitcoin has seen a sell-off for three weeks in a row, it's logical to see that the amount of overall bearishness in the market has increased. However, I don't agree with the notion that the bull-cycle is over and that we're going back to $10k. Instead, I'm expecting that we're going to see a new all-time-high in Q4-2021. Q4 has historically been the best quarter for BTC. I arrive at this conclusion by looking at the chart above. We are simply too early in the cycle to have topped already. In addition, BTC didn't even come close to the blue line (I'm making the assumption it should). The blue line connects the previous cycle highs with each other and has been almost spot-on predicting the previous cycle top. I'm expecting a bull-cycle top between $130k and $200k, somewhere in the first half of 2022. This takes in to account that the current cycle will see less growth than the previous cycles, and that the cycle will take longer from bottom to top. Click on the chart below to see a more speculative top prediction, which is based on logarithmic Fibonacci extensions. This analysis puts the top at ~215k. More speculative, but it gives an interesting perspective nevertheless. Overall, it's still very plausible that BTC can go down in the near term. However, this analysis will still hold if we see a couple more bearish weeks. In case you wish to add something constructive to the discussion, please share your charts below. Potential Opportunity - Patience PaysPreviously I wrote a brief note explaining caution for the US Banking industry as illustrated by XLF. This is due to: - market risk of a broader market pullback - as currently being experienced - impact from Covid-19 variants like Delta etc., - the cumulation of record high bank reserves (cash) which serve to stress Bank Capital and Capital adequacy ratios. These reserves have been building up due to the FED's policy of buying Bonds in the market. Once sold, the vendor banks cash at a Bank which severs to increase the Bank's liabilities. The FED has tried to mitigate this effect by using reverse repos - which is ridiculous - it should stop the buying / QE ie the naughty word - Taper!!! :) The opportunity to be long includes: - market risk subsides as debt ceiling is mitigated. - infrastructure bill goes through which is GDP positive. - further recovering of the US and European economies noting n increased travel facilitated by increased vaccination rates. - Bank capital being strong as it is, has seen some Banks start to sell assets which have a lower capital rating (for the purposes of capital measurement) and will eventually open the door to strong lending programmes noting the prior comment. - still good fiscal support - so economy, GDP and the broader market is growing. In other words a decent credit cycle may ensue which will be very positive for Banks and of course XLF. However - Patience Pays!!! Buying in smalls around key support areas and build a position - no 'binary' trading.
