Long Term Investors should have their fingers on the trigger ready to BUY OR have already started to BUY. ONLY External forces (Major Change in Hike Guidance by the FED OR WAR...etc) will change the momentum. Like Buffet says, Buy on Down days (the Market needs to continue an upward trajectory for the Sake that Pensions Live in the Markets.
