Times of uncertainties is driving the markets and the most businesses depending on tourism and travels are on "stand by". There are a lot of REITs out there leveraging profits with a high debt to cash or asset ratio. Sunstone Hotel is one of the more stable one with an outlook for a strong balance sheet. With around $900 mio in current assets, this company could survive for around 2,5 to 3 yrs without revenue - according to Q1 meeting.
My Idea is to Ping Pong the underlaying with options, selling premium, monthly. if price is "relative" low: short 7.5 puts if price is "relative" high: short 10 calls
