Yes, BTC is overbought. RSI is hovering at 69 ish. $5,600 ish is probably, maybe, possibly the high for now.

April 4, 2019 saw the highest number of Contracts on the CME BTC Futures Market @ 22,542.

We all knew Tether / USDT was BULLSHIT ! The NY Attorney General has a major case against Bitfinex. That was the reason for the drop. Expect more short term pain. Whenever I see a $50 Billion Dip is when I get interested.
